Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment we require a 50% deposit payable at the time of booking. This will be taken off your final bill on the day of your appointment.
We operate 48 hour cancellation and rearrangement policy to ensure fairness to our team and clients waiting for appointments. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to a new appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited.
